This super soft thick high quality wool dress has blue cable knit on bodice with soft white dots. The skirt has various sized dots and a swirl design near the hem. Sleeves are ribbed. Dress is scoop neck, long sleeve, fitted bodice, flare skirt. The material tag is Japanese, no brand tag. Translated material tag shown in photos says "wool" and "superfine wool". Washed in cold water and laid flat to dry. No size tag, please see photos for approximate measurements.
