There is some fading on the pockets and seams and a little allover but they're not in any way not black. The color does fade on almost all black jeans and that's the only reason I put it as Good condition and not Like New. There is a crease on the leg but only because I folded them right out of the dryer so it's hard to get the crease out. It is not permanent!! Otherwise in excellent condition and nice and soft. ***The tag says 32" X 32" but i triple checked and the inseam is actually 30" and a smidge. They obviously shrunk up.***
