DVF dress, good used condition, no notable signs of wear Tie/scarf detail in the neckline, ruffle hem Writing on tag is faded but on it there's a style name RIEJO on the small square tag, it's faint but visible in the photo. Beside it the larger tag says 100% Viscose and Made in the USA, not so visible in the photo but I could retake and see if I can capture it.
