DVF mock Wrap Blouse

A gorgeous Mich wrap blouse. The sleeves are pleated at the shoulder to make a full sleeve and a large cuff with mock buttons. It is a heavier stretchy fabric that feels like it it’s a double layer. The mannequin is a size 4. There is a tiny spot shown in pics.
