Full ball skirt with semi stiff tulle underskirt. Stunning draping on this dress! Size 10 Measurements: pit to pit 15" waist 28 but due to boning in the bodice a slightly larger waist can also fit into it, i.e. 29" hips 38" - I actually need to remeasure because I think I measured too high.
