Dagg & Stacey Dash Flowy Blouse

From Canadian brand Dagg & Stacey. A flowy, long blouse with mid-length sleeves, mandarin flat collar and notched hem (see pics). Navy colour with cream dash pattern throughout. Well loved but ready to pass along as I have far too many tops!
