Dana Irving 'The Northwind In My Mind's Eye'

The picture is excellent condition from what I can see. The frame does have a little scratch in the middle. At the top and a little nick on the right side, about a millimeter in diameter. 24.25 x 20.25. Picture itself is 17.5 by 6.25+ At the bottom, it says, Vancouver Whistler, 100 mile house, Prince George in very light blue colour.
