The joggers are in excellent condition they have slight pilling near the crotch and butt area but otherwise look brand new and aren't noticeable when on. There are no rips or stains! They are mid rise joggers but on me rest above my belly button for reference I'm 5'4". The creamy grey is a size 2 but when I purchased the size tag was removed but the photos show the measurement!
