Dangan Ronpa 3 Despair Black T-Shirt Size XL ?

This black graphic t-shirt is in excellent, very lightly used condition. It says it is a size xl with a pit to pit measurement if 19 inches and a length from shoulder to hem of 27 inches. It does seem narrow for an xl, just make sure it will fit a 38 inch or smaller chest measurement. It seems more like a size medium in my opinion.
