Danier Black leather tote with faux croc trim

This large leather tote still looks great from afar. On close inspection you will see: - some wear to the faux croc trim along the bottom corners & wear to gold label tag - although the purse has "feet" I believe it sustained some water damage from setting down places (see pic of bottom) - on the bottom so could be worse - the piping that joins the raw edges on the handle is missing along one side (perhaps a Sharpie marker could fix up?) Still a lovely piece but could use some TLC that I will leave for the next owner.
