I bought these for myself but sadly they are too small. They are in used new/good condition. The leather has definitely been broken in making them comfortable to wear. There are no scratches. These are genuine leather pants. They look quite similar to the Aritzia Melina pants. Other poshers have similar styles listed for $70+. Brand new pants like this retail for over $300 on the Danier website.
