linelacroix1961 Good evening , Shoulder to shoulder 16 inches, the length from the back of the neck is 32 inches , for the waist , it’s hard to tell because it’s not fitted , more like a boxed shape . So about 34 inches ,and you adjust it with the belt . Hope that helps
