Dark Blue Badgley Mishka Maxi Dress

No Tag, hem altered and shortened but NEVER worn. Size 4. Excellent condition like new. To get an idea of the size of the dress, I am 5' 4", 122 lbs, and am wearing 4 inch heals in the pictures and the dress is slightly too tight for me.
