Dark Blue Dress with Colourful Floral Bottom

Dark Blue dress with stretchy waist band and a teal blue floral bottom. The waist ban has a little hole that i didn’t fix cause i didn’t want to make it worse. Other then that it’s in good condition. I love this dress it’s super comfortable but it’s too small for me :(
