Can you please tell me what the fabric is and the bust and waist measurements?

@sheriswardrobe sorry I missed your question! It is 100% rayon (it feel like a fine, soft cotton). The length is 30” (falls above the knee), the waist is 13”, the bust is 16”. The fabric has some stretch and the back is smocked, so the dress will adapt to your shape. I’m a 36D and it fits well
