The photo does not do them justice They are in excellent condition The waist adjusts at the back They tie with 2 button on the front They have 2 pockets in the front and two fake slit pockets at the back They were dry cleaned Junior 9 is the equivalent of a women's size 6 or 8 but got by the waist measurement instead of the size to be sure The waist measures 16.5 inches across, so 33 inches total but can be made smaller by adjusting it at the back
