Stretchy. 68% cotton 30% polyester 2% spandex Lining: 100% polyester Jacket has slight puffed, 3/4 sleeves with banded cuffs, unattached belt with belt loops at waist, three buttons, two small functional pockets Size 7. Skirt is just above knee length with one decorative/non functional pocket, Size 5. Jacket has a small tear in the left armpit, skirt shows a bit of seam on the butt, see photos for both.
