Dark blue lace dress

Elizabeth Noel dark blue dress with lace. Fitted at the top and hips and flairs at the bottom. I have the original receipt but I can’t find it, will add picture when it’s found. It was originally around $700. It’s technically a size 10 but I am normally a size 8. The entire back is open and adjustable. The dress touches the ground without me wearing shoes I am approx. 5’9 for reference. Open to offers.
