Dark green midi skirt🌱

The most beautiful flowy skirt I’ve ever seen. Bought from a thrift store and doesn’t have a size tag, but my guess is it’s a 1x or 2x (maybe a 3x even)(the last photo is of the waist band up to a 1 foot ruler.) Also the waist band doesn’t have a lot of stretch. I am assuming that it’s vintage based off of the tagged brand. It has the cutest ripped detailing around the waist. I’m really bummed that it doesn’t fit me so hopefully one of you guys can wear it💗 DM me if you need more photos or measurements!
