Dark navy blue chiffon maxi dress with beads embroidery

Beautiful dark navy blue maxi dress with balloon sleeves. The material is chiffon and the size is XS (it runs pretty small on the upper body part). I am selling it because I ordered it online and it was smaller than expected. It is brand new and never worn.
