Darling Beige Blouse with Peter Pan Collar S

Features a peter pan collar and puffed sleeves. Black lace ribbon detail on front. Buttons at back. Sleeves and back are in a sheer polka dot, front has a beige satiny lining. Labels have been cut out, but I believe it is from Suzy Shier. Fabric is satiny and flowy. In very good used condition.
