Hi! Does this have the same measurements as the size guide on their site? Or any shrinkage?

@annielo3 shrinkage didn't happen on my end because I only handwashed and hung to dry. However personally I didn't find it fit an 8 to 10, seemed a size 6 at the most, or xs on their website. It is billowy enough with generous sleeves, but wasn't long enough for me, I like my shirts longer. Never wore it.
