Canadian designer David Dixon dramatic taffeta blouse. the big puff bishop sleeves are trimmed with genuine fur! this top is so structured and so flattering. no fabric or size tag but I estimate a size small and I'm pretty sure the fabric is silk taffeta. beautiful 40's style glamour PTP 16 waist 14 length 20
