David Meister fringed dress

Absolutely fantastic dark navy blue dress from David Meister. It reminds me of a flapper style with the fringe on the bottom half. A very substantial, heavier dress, obviously of superior quality. Fully lined, long zipper down the back. Size 10: 40" shoulder to hem 17" pit to pit but has some stretch My photos really aren't doing it justice, but it's a really lovely, unique dress in excellent condition.
