@ssmit257 Yes. Hemmed. I'm about 5'3" and it grazes the floor when I wear 2.5 inch heels. I also got bra strap holders added (at the tops of the shoulders part).

What are the measurements when laying flat?

@suzyqt42 Hi sorry for the late reply. Laid flat, the bust (just below one armhole to the other) is about 19 inches, the waist is about 15 inches, and the length (from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the dress) is about 55 inches.
