sheilaabc Is this measurement in inches? The pit to pit looks like 13-14 so if that’s on inches there is no way it’s an XL no matter what the label says. That would be an xs..

sheilaabc @lhrbound ok.. it’s not an xl though. But you’ve listed it as xl. Meaning it will show up for those who wear xl and you’re missing customers who could buy/wear it. It’s a S or small medium probably - suggest you look at pit to pit measurements for S and M to see which is correct. And I’d advise u to get rid of xl label on the item. I’m an xl and I need at least a 23-25” pit to pit.

lhrbound @sheilaabc I know. Because that’s what the tag says. If I list it as XS, and the tag says XL, someone say “it’s not as listed” and return the item. So best be 100% transparent. It’s listed as per the tag and I provide additional details so someone can make an informed decision.

lhrbound @sheilaabc I totally get it though. I see a lot of variation between different designers/brands. some buy X brand in a XL expecting it to be small and vice versa. If someone is used to this brand and I list it as a S/M, they may take it as a S/M according to that designers standards and end up with an item that isn’t sized according to what they expected for that item. It’s a tough call.
