Decanter and Wine Glasses

I am not sure, but I think these are Czech glass. They are heavy like cut lead crystal and very beautiful. The amber color deepens to the bottom of the glass, and the cuts are clear. No chips that I can see, but decanter has some dust inside. The stopper is solid with no rubber. A gorgeous set. I never got around to using them.
