Decode 1.8 strapless floral appliqué gown

Beautiful black and floral strapless gown- perfect for weddings or proms. Very flattering with structured top. Was on the today shows list of “most flattering prom gowns” a few years ago! Only worn once. Size 10, bust is about a c cup Measurements: 15” lie flat was it (just under the appliqué), 17” across top, 57” from arm pit to bottom
