Really beautiful vintage porcelain Bell with a brass handle, it was imported by Giftcraft between 1970 and 1985. Giftcraft is a company known for distributing a variety of giftware. The Bell features a hand-painted floral pattern and a decorative band of purple on the bottom rim. Some similar vintage bells are noted to be made in Japan. Really beautiful vintage condition.
