Charming little vintage wall plaque! Add some French Country Shabby Chic flair this spring!
Fitted with a hanging bracket on the back (but it will sit, leaning on a shelf as well).
Not sure if this is resin or plaster (it is ‘breakable feeling’)
Creamy white with aged finish. Piece is in same new condition as when I purchased it, no chips. The spot on top edge is original, not a flaw.
Marpesia petreus, the ruddy daggerwing, is a species of butterfly of the family Nymphalidae. It is found in Brazil north through Central America, Mexico, and the West Indies to southern Florida. Strays are found as far north as Arizona, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, and southern Texas.
Please ask if you have any questions.
