Deep Blue Sea Painting

Received as gift from Ecuador. Gorgeous painting, blue, white, pink colors. I believe it is a photo of the sky and ocean but I am not sure. Not sure who the artist is but if anyone knows please help identify. Larger than it appears on photo. Gorgeous colors- looks even better in person. Selling because we changed our decor and it no longer matches
