Hi can you tell me if this is totally water proof like a plastic material or if it is water resistant?

@mattandbk2014 I’d say water resistant. but I know when I wore it in the rain I was kept totally dry.

@lizzybean87 Hi there ! I just tried it on to check. I’m a 34-36 chest measurement and it fits perfectly with a bit of extra space for motion. From there it has a slight flare to the bottom. I’ve never even worn it- it is really very nice- not sure if I mentioned that it has a nice hood as well. 🤗
