Deep red velvet mini dress

Deep red/ wine coloured velvet mini dress from the brand “scarlet”. The front section of the straps has a metal chain with a jewelled pendant on either strap. There is no damage and i’ve only worn the dress once or twice. It says Canadian size 7/8 ( the same as us size 7/8) but i usually wear a size 2 and it isn’t very baggy on me so i’d say the sizing runs pretty small.
