A Delft blue windmill decorated with floral designs and stripes atop a blue house. It is hand painted and the maker's mark has worn off; I don't know its age. The windmill turns freely and there are no cracks, chips or crazing.
The windmill is 8 1/4" to the top of the blades and is 3 1/2" by 3 1/4" at the base.
