Delta Faucet Replacement Part, Hot/Cold, Bathroom

A hot/cold faucet replacement part, don't know much about it, but it looks like the one for a bathroom sink, very nice clear hard plastic type, says H/C & maker looks to be "Delta." It was in an auction lot I received, but it looks new, never used.
