Deluc Ossani black pleated dress

Brand new black dress with tags still on. Never been worn. Adjustable straps. I have a 46' bust, so will look better on someone with a smaller bust. Material feels very silky. Great dress. I just don't feel comfortable showing that much cleavage. I am 5'3 and goea down to my ankles. I think the dress is supposed to be a midi, but works either way I think.
