Denby Greenwich Mug, Fluted / Ribbed - 1990s Rare

This is a gorgeous mug, and a rare find. Denby Fluted Greenwich pattern. Stoneware. Double dipped glossy glaze in a jewel colouring. Ribbed pattern. This was made in 1994 and is now discontinued. The bottom of the mug is green and it is double dipped with a blue colour and white across the top, the hardwearing glaze makes the mugs suitable for everyday use. These stylish Denby mugs come from the 'double dip' range, dipped by hand to achieve the wonderful effect at the top which is different and unique to each individual piece, hence no two mugs are identical.
