Super cute mini-dress with a cute little sailor tie. In very good condition despite being a long time favourite. Has one small lightened stain on it that blends in pretty well with the rest of the design. I'm sorry to let this go, however, I am no longer twenty years old and I had to size up. It will fit up to a size 4, so I've labeled it as just XS.
