Denim skirt

Denim skirt size xs but fits more like a small? I am 5ft and 95lbs for reference and normally wear 24” and this fits me and has a bit of extra room so I think it should fit 24-25” > never worn, only washed cause I thought I was gonna wear > BTW: it is NOT missing a button I just forgot to button the second button when I was doing a try on LOL u can see all the buttons in the first pic
