Denim skirt stretch

This is a fabulous denim stretch skirt by Jones New York sport . Size 4 (15 1/2 ") on waist but wider on the hips.(19") Length is 23", the waist does not stretch but the skirt is stretchy material. and even though it's not new it was barely worn in very good condition.
