Dennis Merotto skirt size 4

Pencil skirt cut on the bias with diagonal panels and asymmetrical hemline. the length of the skirt is 36" at its longest, and 23" were the bottom vent is. The waist is 30.5 " and hips are 38". The fabric feels like a linen silk mix, but there is no label. It is black with a lighter splatter pattern, almost like it was bleach-spattered. The skirt is lined half way down.
