Attached cinch belt at the back to you can make this fitted to you accordingly. Faux leather elbow patches **look just slightly faded (see close-up photo).** 41% wool, 40% cotton, 15% lambswool, 4% nylon Measured from across the back: armpit to armpit is 18.5" across, shoulder to hem is 23.5" long.
