carlaglassford HI Sam, thank you so much as I was also looking to purchase the tria as it doesn't require creams but need to find out if this requires a special type of cream that is particular to the unit

saml634 @carlaglassford so I just did some research and from what I have found is that these products are included, but they aren’t required. For example, the pre treatment is serum of botanicals, which you can opt out of of choose a cheaper version as it essentially is to hydrate your skin. The eye treatment is optional, but is there to firm and brighten the under eyes with the treatment. In short, no the products that come with it are not required to use the device. Hope this helps😋

cutajark All you need is non conductive water soluble jelly.. You can buy it on amazon or probably even shoppers drug mart or any pharmacy.. It's lubricating jelly
