jackie_sam @bronzeandromeda when laid flat and fully expanded it is 18.5"" from side-to-side. There is the possibility, with the velcro band, to reduce up to 1 3/4" on each side.

jackie_sam the rise is 12.5inches, the inseam is 31.5 inches and the waist, at its largest (because it has straps on either side to shrink it) is 39 inches - hope that helps!
