Made in USA. Designer: Jena Yang Stunning red dress with so much movement! I wore it to New York Fashion Week (one wear) but it's a bit big on me. BASICALLY NEW It fits size 2-4 (Small) but I'm closer to an XS (size 0). I'm 5'4 and 32b for reference, and it was a bit big in the chest
