Designer Gal Meets Glam dress: NWT size 20 fits like size 18... Holiday Dress

Size 20 in Gal Meets Glam sizing (fits more like a size 18 from Old Navy). Please see sizing chart if you have any questions. I am 5'10 and it hits above the knee when I tried it on. I am selling because I always felt like it was too short for me, then I never returned it because it was such a process since it came from the US. Lovely wine colour. Value $178 USD, which is $242 CAD as of February, 2023. Would make a great Christmas dress/ holiday dress.
