Designer Necklace

This is quite a cool artistic piece. Make a statement. Adjustable length by up to three inches to make for a 27” to 30” drop. The necklace is rubber and metal. I’ve shown this on a dark gray dress. Never worn. In perfect condition. Storage bag included.
