I've been searching and can't find who made this gorgeous dress. It has a Dolce and Gabbana vibe. it's in perfect condition, no flaws. All handmade. Stitching flows, with unique patterns throughout. The quality of this dress is one of the best I've ever seen. Paris runway quality. This is all hand stitching and I've been searching for the designer. it's actually art in my opinion. please see measurements, no stretch in fabric. I have no idea what it's worth. it would have to be in the thousands. I'm going to ask 250 firm. please ask as many questions as you wish.

golfjunkie1 Is it an empire waist? Looks to measure 30” so the waist is 60”?? Isn’t there any stretch to the fabric on the shoulders and arms? What is the shoulder measurement (in inches). I am a former fitness instructor and have developed arms

ilovemarcia1 @golfjunkie1 the arm fabric is thick, not nylon, minimal stretch so the measurements that are there are probably not more.
