Elegant lace and 100% wool dress. Light weight. Quality lace. Can be worn with belt or without. Lace belt. Skirt bottom starts at about belly button and falls a couple of inches below the knee for height of 5’4 “. Dry clean. Sad to sell it but doesn’t fit anymore.
