Designer strapless dress black and white

Stunning black/ off white dress that travels well (wrinkle free since skirt has a natural crinkle detail)! This was a custom made dress and is super well made comfortable. There is a sheer black lining as picture above and the top of the dress can be folded over once or left longer depending on desired height. The black portion of the dress is very stretchy and hugs you well without digging in (which makes fit easy). This is perfect for a wedding, gala, prom etc.
